All deliveries on standard postage are within 10 to 14 working days after order is complete . You can also collect from store from (10am 4pm) Monday to Friday. All our packages are insured to the relevant amount and should you package not arrive please contact us and we will be happy to help you. We use Parcel2Go for all of our orders. We also offer express delivery at standard rate for all of our bulk buy customers. We also only exchange clothing not refunds as thay have to be emboidered on ,
